repairs may be performed on-site or in our shop. |

HP business computers and servers come with a 3 year on-site
warranty. J.B. Kane provides fast basic or enhanced warranty
service even if you did not buy from us. |

you purchased an HP Care Pack to extend your computer's base
warranty, J.B. Kane can provide that service as well. |
|
|

| Most
HP printers have a 1 year on-site warranty or a 1 year carry-in
warranty. If you purchased an HP printer from J.B. Kane we will
upgrade your carry-in warranty to an on-site warranty in the
CNY area at no additional charge. HP Care Packs or J.B. Kane
extended warranties may be puchased. You may upgrade your warranty
to 2, 3, 4 or 5 years. |

Kane can also facilitate HP replacement/ exchange warranties
on lower priced consumer products. The standard exchange usually
takes 7-14 days, however an overnight exchange can be arranged
for a nominal fee. |
