We provide diagnostic services, parts and repair support for servers, desktop, laptop and notebook computers, printers, network communication products, plus more.

Warranty Repair services

JBKane honors all HP warranty types; on-site, bench, replacement or exchange.

We will need your HP Product Number & Serial Number to verify the warranty of your HP product. Call us at 315-451-7590 and a JBKane technician will assist you in determining the status of your warranty and explain the options available for the repair of your HP product.

HP Care Pack services

We provide service for products covered by HP Care Pack service. If you have purchased a Care Pack, please have your Care Pack number ready. A JBKane technician will contact you to collect further details and begin diagnosing the problem.

Replace/Exchange services

JBKane will facilitate replacement or exchange of HP consumer products, in warranty and out of warranty, that qualify for such service.

Standard exchange/replacement time - 7 to 14 days. Overnight exchange is available for an additional charge.

Out of Warranty repair services

Warranty expired? No problem. We can help you with your HP product repairs even if your warranty period has expired. Please call at 315-451-7590 for our service rates.
